Diedrick’s Dimensions is a not-for-profit organisation set up by Steve Diedrick that is committed to the enrichment of young people who are disadvantaged and have the desire to change the trajectory of their lives thus impacting the wider community.
The company draws together all aspects of personal development relevant to the enrichment of young people by focusing on

4. Determination and resilience
5. Creativity
6. Relationships
7. Leadership
These areas of development come from research done by the Young Foundation who identified seven clusters of competencies, or qualities that from a meta-analysis of youth development research came out as the most important. The research is drawn from around the world and the conclusions fit with our own experience of work with young people in the UK.
